These Terms & Conditions govern all sales of beds, mattresses, furniture and related products (“Goods”) supplied by Bliss Beds Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”). By placing an order, the customer (“you”, “your”) agrees to these terms.
2.1 All product images, descriptions and specifications are for guidance. Measurements are approximate.
2.2 Mattress comfort and firmness are subjective and may vary. Once used, mattresses cannot be returned for comfort reasons.
2.3 Colours and materials may vary slightly due to manufacturing differences or screen display settings.
3.1 Orders are only confirmed once payment is received in full.
3.2 We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order before delivery in the event of pricing errors, stock issues, or security concerns.
3.3 Any promotions or discounts must be applied at the time of purchase.
4.1 Bliss Beds Ltd delivers across Scotland. Delivery charges apply and vary by location.
4.2 We do not offer free delivery or free furniture assembly.
4.3 Delivery dates are estimates and may change due to supplier delays, weather, or operational issues.
4.4 You must ensure clear access to the room of choice. Drivers may refuse delivery if access is unsafe or restricted.
4.5 Failed deliveries caused by customer unavailability or unsuitable access may incur a redelivery fee.
5.1 Furniture assembly is not included in the delivery price.
5.2 If assembly is purchased, it must be paid for in advance.
5.3 Once assembled, products cannot be returned unless faulty.
6.1 You may cancel an order before dispatch for a full refund, except for special-order items.
6.2 Special-order items (custom sizes, made-to-order frames, non-stock colours or materials) cannot be cancelled once production has begun.
6.3 Standard items may only be returned if unused, unopened and in original packaging within 14 days. A collection fee applies.
6.4 Mattresses, pillows, protectors and bedding cannot be returned once opened, for hygiene reasons.
6.5 Refunds are processed within 14 days once goods are inspected and confirmed to be in resaleable condition.
7.1 Goods are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.
7.2 If a fault develops, we may require photographs or an inspection.
7.3 A £50 inspection fee is payable if an engineer visit is required. This fee is fully refunded if the product is deemed faulty.
7.4 We will repair, replace, or refund the product depending on the circumstances and warranty terms.
7.5 Damage caused by misuse, wear and tear, poor assembly (unless assembled by us), or lack of care is not covered.
8.1 All guarantees are subject to correct use and care of the product.
8.2 Mattress settlement of up to 3cm is normal and not considered a manufacturing fault.
8.3 Ensure all products are used on suitable bed frames and bases to maintain warranty validity.
9.1 Measure doorways, staircases and room space before ordering.
9.2 Check your order confirmation carefully.
9.3 Ensure someone aged 18+ is present during delivery.
10.1 We are not liable for delays outside our reasonable control.
10.2 We are not responsible for any indirect or consequential loss.
11.1 Customer details are stored securely and never shared with third parties except for delivery or warranty purposes.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Scotland. Any disputes will be handled through Scottish courts.
